Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at HGS, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through proactive support and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls effectively and efficiently using proactive customer service and call control techniques.
- Create exceptional experiences for customers by personalizing and focusing on adding value to the call.
- Retain existing customers through proactive customer service and consulting techniques.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently and effectively using active listening and personalizing techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and understanding.
- Maintain call performance goals, including AHT, quality, and schedule adherence.

Requirements:
- CXC/CAPE with at least 5 subjects including English A and Mathematics.
- At least 6 months of sales/customer service experience and at least 6 months of BPO/call center experience.
- Coachable and able to quickly learn and apply our sales process.
