FitzRoy Supported Living in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental health.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
