About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Coombes Group. This role involves sourcing new Company premises across south, south-east and north of England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both hard and soft facilities management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. With occasional travel expected, you will work closely with colleagues to identify and secure suitable locations for our business growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, preferably within a similar industry. A salary of £45,000 per annum is offered for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing multiple new Company premises within designated regions
  • Coordinating site visits and negotiations with landlords or property owners
  • Developing and implementing effective facilities management strategies
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
