Job Title: Creative Director - Luxury Hospitality

Job Summary:

Aman Group Sarl is seeking an ambitious and visionary Creative Director to lead our global design efforts and drive the creative strategy for our luxury hospitality brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative design concepts that reflect the Aman brand's values and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy for Aman's luxury hospitality brands, including hotels, resorts, and retail properties.
  • Lead a team of designers and collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-quality design projects that meet the brand's standards.
  • Work closely with the marketing, PR, and digital teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Manage global photography and film shoots, including art direction, talent sourcing, and post-production workflows.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with print suppliers, photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, and designers to build our creative network.
  • Collaborate with business and category leaders to develop new wellness, food and beverage, and retail projects and concept definition.
  • Articulate the creative strategy for Aman and ensure a cohesive expression across all brands, campaigns, and editorial content.

Requirements:

  • Sharp, visionary creative with experience in luxury hospitality and brand strategy.
  • Strong design skills, with experience in both digital and print design.
  • Experience in commissioning and directing original photography, film, campaigns, and print.
  • Ability to lead global projects, build relationships, and identify opportunities to grow brand value.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture and understand how various aspects of a project or brand work together.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead concept presentations and explain the reasoning behind a creative direction.
  • Demonstrated fluency with design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere.
