Job Opportunity: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker at a Supported Living Home in Gwynedd. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, complex needs, and autism.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to adults with complex needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
  • Encouraging independence and participation in community activities
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driver's license (essential)
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
  • A caring and patient approach, with a commitment to empowering others
