We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Administrator to join our team in London. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-level support to our C-Suite executive and their direct team.

Job Description:

  • Assist in managing complex calendars, scheduling internal/external meetings, and coordinating Teams conference calls.
  • Organize international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and comprehensive travel itineraries.
  • Plan and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, as well as occasional events.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners through professional written and verbal English grammar and style.
  • Process visa requests, manage international travel documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage weekly expenses and invoices using systems like Concur with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with the broader administrative team to support ad-hoc office projects.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in private equity or investment banking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional English language proficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, 1-day WFH option, and a hybrid working format.
