About the Role:
This challenging and rewarding position requires a seasoned Civil Engineer with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in highway, rail, or local authority contexts. As a key member of our Bridges and Civils team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions for transportation infrastructure, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Your technical and leadership skills will enable you to manage design packages, oversee project resourcing, and ensure financial control to achieve successful project outcomes aligned with AtkinsRéalis' quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams in the design, maintenance, and management of civil or structural projects
* Develop and implement innovative solutions for transportation infrastructure
* Manage project resourcing, including budgeting and scheduling
* Ensure compliance with relevant design standards (e.g., DMRB, MCHW, Eurocodes, Network Rail Standards)
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
