Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist who thrives in an independent work environment, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and is willing to travel within the specified region.
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for delivering professional and courteous maintenance services to clients (our residents) requiring repairs and modifications within their newly acquired living spaces.
Addressing these maintenance concerns should be executed with a high level of craftsmanship and is a complimentary service offered to the client from their move-in date for an initial period.
You will take pride in your work, ensuring minimal disruption for our residents and maintaining cleanliness after completing tasks and repairs.
As the Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be equipped with a handheld device to assist with your schedule, daily responsibilities, and planned tasks. This role is part of a broader team, which includes our Customer Service Administrators who provide support with work schedules and inquiries. Occasional visits to the main office may be necessary.

Previous experience in construction or property development is advantageous. A technical qualification in building, such as City & Guilds, is preferred.
This role involves direct interaction with clients, making excellent interpersonal skills essential. You should demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor, capable of communicating with sensitivity and tact.
To fulfill the essential duties of this position, a valid UK Driving Licence is required.
