About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Maintenance Technician to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our property care team, you will be responsible for providing professional and courteous maintenance services to our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to our properties, including carpentry, plumbing, and decorating tasks.
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Use a handheld tablet or mobile phone to manage your diary, daily tasks, and scheduled works.
  • Collaborate with our Group Customer Service Administrators to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Occasionally visit our Head Office in Hampshire to participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Practical knowledge and experience of a trade or trades, ideally in carpentry, plumbing, and decorating.
  • Basic electrical qualification and previous experience in housebuilding or construction would be advantageous.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to communicate with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
