About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Maintenance Technician to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional and courteous maintenance services to our customers, ensuring that their homes are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs and alterations to homes, ensuring a high standard of workmanship
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Work independently, using a handheld tablet/mobile phone to manage your diary and tasks
  • Collaborate with our Group Customer Service Administrators to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Occasionally visit our Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire, for meetings and training
Requirements
  • Practical knowledge and experience of a trade or trades, ideally in carpentry, plumbing, and decorating
  • Basic electrical qualification and previous experience in housebuilding/construction would be advantageous
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
