About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Prospect Health. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Independent Pharmacy group, leading a team of professionals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily running of the pharmacy, ensuring seamless operations and excellent patient care.
  • Lead and motivate a team of pharmacists and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualified Pharmacist with UK GPhC Registration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in pharmacy management, preferably in an Independent Pharmacy setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving business performance.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: £52,000 - £58,240 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • 5 weeks' holiday plus bank holidays.
