- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Qualified Pharmacist with UK GPhC Registration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven experience in pharmacy management, with a track record of success in driving business growth and improving efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive change.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Competitive salary, ranging from £52,000 to £58,240 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
- 5 weeks' holiday, plus bank holidays.
