We are seeking a Behaviour Interventionist to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd in Shrewsbury. The successful candidate will have experience in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences.
About the Role:
- To provide support to students with SEMH needs
- To implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes
- To work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement Individualised Behaviour Plans
Key Requirements:
- Experience in managing challenging behaviour
- Strong knowledge of SEMH and SEND principles
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
