Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Job Description

This role will help support the ongoing growth in the French Key Accounts team. As a key member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our business, being the face of our brand, and maintaining relationships with our most important customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Building solid, positive relationships with our key accounts and maximizing on revenue opportunities.
  • Entering orders and managing back orders, ensuring all are accurately inputted.
  • Checking stock availability and allocation.
  • Sending order confirmations and advising on stock availability.
  • Providing regular updates to the key account manager and customers on their order and back-order status.
  • Working closely alongside internal teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately, punctually, and according to customer requirements.
  • Liaising with credit control on payments.
  • Managing sample requests from customers, agents, and Regional Sales Managers, checking availability across different warehouses.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to communicate in French (Italian would also be beneficial).
  • Experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Power BI, and SAP literacy.
  • Experience with order processing and shipping, with attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage your own workload and tasks.
  • Experience in building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.
  • Great organization skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
