Job Title: Business Development Manager

Kingdom Services Group Ltd is a leading provider of temporary CCTV and permanent fire, security, and life safety systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing quality leads, identifying and building key relationships, and delivering customer service excellence. They will work closely with the operational team to ensure successful on, off-hire, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and nurture quality leads through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and build key relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver customer service excellence by understanding customer needs and expectations.
  • Work with the operational team to ensure successful on, off-hire, and customer support.
  • Sustainably grow the business through ambitious but achievable targets and a compelling value proposition.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' proven sales experience within the security industry in a similar role with a high-quality service provider.
  • Experience and strong knowledge base of the Temporary CCTV industry.
  • Experience and strong knowledge base of the Security Guarding (inc Waking Watch) industry.
  • A driving license holder.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.
