Job Description:

As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting SEN students in a dynamic and inclusive school environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored learning experiences for pupils with diverse needs, including ASD, PMLD, SLD, and SP&L.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting SEN students on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaising with therapists, class teachers, and the SENDCO regarding student progression
  • Conducting 1:1 and group support interventions
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals
