About You:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Advisor to join our team at Nisbets Group. As an Operational Advisor, you will be responsible for processing stock deliveries, inspecting product quality, re-packing, labeling and pricing items, following established processing guidelines. You will also be working closely with the EOL Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process all types of customer payment/refund transactions whilst adhering to policy.
- Process stock deliveries in clearance warehouse, including sorting and preparing products for sales by inspecting product quality, re-packing, labeling and pricing items, following the established processing guidelines.
- Be accountable for adhering to all Health and Safety policies and operational policies.
- Manual handling and lifting heavy items.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum based on experience.
