About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Computerworld Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our Operations Unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and visitors.

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a 5% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Health and Safety Advisory Services: Provide expert advice and guidance to the Operational Unit on all health and safety matters.
  2. H&S Policy Development: Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective health and safety policies, standards, and procedures.
  3. Business Support: Work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company objectives.
Essential Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Health and Safety Advisor in a manufacturing environment.
