Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely management accounts, ensuring seamless financial reporting.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business growth, implementing strategic financial initiatives and processes.
  • Oversee financial processing, including accounts payable, credit control, and regulatory reporting.
  • Design and implement business and finance processes, driving efficiency and quality across the organization.
  • Deliver significant operational projects, influencing non-finance teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Maintain a robust financial control environment, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Produce insightful management accounts, driving business decisions and growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of AP, AR, Finance systems, and reporting.
  • Experience in team leadership, financial planning, and ERP implementation.
  • Strong treasury and FX knowledge, including hedging and payment gateways.
  • Excellent modeling and excel skills, with the ability to process and summarize large data sets.
