We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support Professional to join our dynamic team across schools in Leicestershire. Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide one-to-one or group support to students with SEN, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  2. Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting, feeding, and dressing, where required, maintaining the highest standards of dignity and respect.
  3. Support students in their learning, helping to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to their unique needs and abilities.
  4. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies to support student progress.

What We Offer
