About the Role:
Porthaven Care Homes is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through the planning and delivery of engaging activities and leisure pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and support the planning, creation, and delivery of our home's leisure and wellness programme.
- Develop and implement person-centred activities and leisure pursuits to enhance the lives and improve the holistic wellbeing of our residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other care home staff to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and engaging activities programme.
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:
- A full training programme including NAPA Level 2 and progression towards NAPA Level 3.
