The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our Cranes and Lifting business line on a permanent basis. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be part of our flying squad, operating ad-hoc trips offshore from Aberdeen, mainly in the North Sea. You will receive a retainer salary plus company benefits and day rates for any trips you commence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Manage personnel and resources to ensure completion of work scopes in a safe and timely manner
    • Lead and motivate a team of electrical technicians to achieve project goals
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Completion of timesheets and reports
    • Handover of completion certificates and any other associated reports and paperwork
  • Electrical Work
    • Maintain and install electrical equipment as required
    • Installation and calibration of MIPEG rated capacity indicators
    • Testing and commissioning of electrical systems
  • Pre-Mobilisation and Safety
    • Attend pre-mobilisation meetings as required
    • Understand and apply EnerMech Group and Client's Health, Safety & Environment Policies and Procedures

Requirements

To be successful for this position, you must have an Electrical Apprenticeship and recognised professional qualification, a valid Compex certificate, and an 18th edition wiring qualification. Previous Offshore experience and valid offshore certificates are preferred. You will hold Permit to work training and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
