Main Responsibilities- Product Safety and Quality: Understand and apply product safety, quality, and legality requirements of the business within the site.
- Quality Management Systems: Implement, monitor, and help develop the site quality management systems with the QA Team.
- Technical Operations: Operate and communicate effectively between Technical and Production and between shifts to ensure the technical needs of the business are fulfilled.
- Food Safety: Ensure food safety is not breached at any time.
- QA Team Coordination: Coordinating QA team and picking up QA manager duties on QA manager's absence.
- Non-Conformance Reporting: Raising non-conformances accordingly and to the supplier.
- Sample Generation: Generating samples according to customers' requests.
- Quality Panels: Complete quality panels.
- Product Quality: Ensure product quality is being produced according to customer specifications.
- Hold Procedure: Follow the hold procedure when required.
- Reporting and Communication: Report directly to the QA manager – take instructions from the QA manager.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor who possesses:
- Numeracy and Problem-Solving Skills: Solid level of numeracy – able to calculate & report on performance.
