Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the construction and delivery of the project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee multiple phases of construction, including residential, commercial, and public spaces, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration with internal teams, architects, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve key milestones and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
