The NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Support Worker/Phlebotomist to join our team in Forth Valley Community Nursing Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work closely with General Practice and Community Nursing teams, providing high-quality care and support to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out delegated work on a daily basis, including phlebotomy and chronic disease monitoring.
- Work closely with General Practice and Community Nursing teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient-centered and person-centered approaches.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery.
