**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeships Educator to join our team at Future Education. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to apprentices.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Teach and mentor apprentices across various programs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress, attendance, and achievements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to ensure apprenticeship programs meet current industry standards and employer needs.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of apprenticeship curriculum and training materials.
  • Present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including apprentices, employers, and college management.
  • Support apprentices in developing their employability skills and career planning.

**Requirements:

  • Possess strong skills in teaching and mentoring apprentices, managing apprenticeship programs, and maintaining rigorous monitoring and reporting standards.
  • Have worked in a similar Apprenticeships Educator role in either a College or Secondary School.
  • Relevant teaching or coaching qualifications (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality teaching, coaching, and mentoring to apprentices across various programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when communicating with students.
  • Lives in easy commutable distance to Bexley.
  • Enhanced DBS or willing to pay for a new one ASAP.

**Benefits:** Salary £42,000 - £60,000 per annum based on a 5-day week, plus benefits. The daily rate is £100 - £150 depending on experience.
