Chief of Staff Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Chief of Staff to support our Global HR Leaders in aligning and managing HR stakeholders for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role will be approximately 50% focused on supporting the Global VP HR Tech and Product Business Partnering and 50% Global VP HR Experience Delivery.
Responsibilities- Serve as a sounding board for senior leaders and team members in HR to maintain and build a successful and healthy organization.
- Lead strategic initiatives in support of the HR and business strategy, producing and owning plans, building content and presentations, and ensuring all parties involved are held accountable for deliverables and timelines.
- Anticipate needs and make plans for resolving them ahead of time.
- Identify issues across the organization and create paths to solve them, guiding leadership towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making.
- Maintain a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs.
- Work closely with regional HR Chiefs of Staff to maintain alignment across regions.
- Chair leadership meetings, ensuring relevant agendas and discussion points.
- Partner closely on annual budget processes and day-to-day budget management.
- Support both leaders with content creation, preparation, and presentation.
- Program manage specific initiatives sponsored by their leaders as agreed.
- Work closely and coach an Executive Assistant in the team.
- Experience in HR is required.
- Experience in a consulting environment is required.
- Strong project management skills are required.
- Able to manage cross-functional projects in a dynamic and fluid environment.
- High learning agility and ability to make connections.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels in an organization.
- Exhibits collaboration skills with the ability to form deep and trusted relationships, across organizations, including key internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources.
- Track record of achievement, with sound thinking and judgment.

This position may be offered in other locations, but the targeted pay range for this position in San Francisco, CA / Bay Area is $179,000 to $304,000 per year. The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay determined by role, level, and location, taking into account additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
