Project Manager Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our busy and expanding Manchester office. As a key member of our Real Estate division, you will be responsible for supporting our clients to deliver projects and programs in the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- Act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets
- Manage commissions of varying scale and value, up to £40m in value

About the Role:
- Strategic advice at the project conception stage, including guidance on different approaches to achieve client objectives
- Establishment of overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Healthcare projects, preferably in a consultancy environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Salary:
- Estimated annual salary: £55,000 - £75,000, depending on experience
