The role involves carrying out assessments, managing cases, and coordinating support plans for service users. This includes analysing needs, planning care programmes, and ensuring timely recording of information.

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will also be required to participate in multi-disciplinary teams, provide evidence in court or adoption panels, and implement actions agreed by the courts to ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users.

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree or equivalent in Social Work, current registration with Social Work England, and experience within Children's Services.
