Reliability Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior RME Technician to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks. You will also supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Leading a team to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and standardize practices across the EU network.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new technologies and processes, helping us stay ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and efficiency.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
