About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our Assessments Division as a Functional Assessor. In this role, you will carry out assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to gather information about a person's condition
  • Use your clinical skills to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions determine eligibility for benefits
  • Work with a diverse range of customers and handle challenging situations with professionalism and integrity
