About the Role

As a physiotherapist in our Assessments Division, you'll have the opportunity to use your clinical skills in a different way, helping people move forward with their lives. You'll carry out assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life, producing factual reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions determine their eligibility for benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to gather information about a person's condition and its impact on their daily life.
  • Produce high-quality, factual reports to support benefit claims.
  • Work with a diverse range of customers, handling challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
