We are seeking an experienced Clinical Home Manager to lead our care home team and deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Home Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a motivated team to deliver quality care and support. You will also be responsible for financial management and compliance of the home, as well as implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Ensure the home is financially managed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure the home meets statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Meet all regulatory and statutory requirements and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
- Nurse qualified with a live NMC Pin.
- A minimum of 2 years proven management experience in a 100+ bed nursing home for the elderly.
- NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management.
- Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements.
- Strong commercial awareness with P&L accountability.
- Satisfactory DBS Check and employment references.
