Your Focus

Your focus as a Care Team Member will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities will include assisting residents in all aspects of personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors.

Key Requirements:
  • The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.
  • Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
  • Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
