Housing Options Specialist

A client we are working with in the East Midlands is seeking 2 Housing Options Officers on an interim basis for a period of 3 months.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out Section 184 assessments
  • Completing assessments with customers who are homeless or threatened with homelessness
  • Providing advice and guidance on relevant Housing legislation

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Housing legislation and experience in carrying out Section 184 assessments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a client in the East Midlands and contribute to the delivery of housing services.
