Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at ARM, a specialist talent acquisition and management consultancy. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned plumbing work on commercial properties in the London and Essex areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out plumbing work on commercial properties, including reactive and planned maintenance tasks
  • Work as a mobile engineer, visiting clients' sites to complete tasks
  • Ensure excellent H&S awareness in the workplace, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Hold a full UK driving licence, with a vehicle supplied by the company
Requirements:
  • NVQ2 or City & Guilds Plumbing & Heating qualification
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
