About the Role

Stonewater is seeking a skilled professional to join their national stock condition team as a Housing Condition Analyst. This new role will play a critical part in ensuring the safety, warmth, and security of Stonewater's homes.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for housing and property professionals to be part of a brand-new team, setting the standards for property data collection and building knowledge to inform how Stonewater invests over the next 30 years.

As a Housing Condition Analyst, you will work independently to deliver stock condition surveys across a defined geographical area, visiting customers and collecting robust, accurate data on their homes. You will liaise with residents and leaseholders, housing management, customer services, and other internal and external agencies to ensure all homes and communal areas are safe, warm, and secure.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of Stonewater's Stock Condition strategies and activities, accurately updating Stonewater's information on housing stock condition to assist in programming and compliance with the Decent Homes Standard.
