Training Instructor for Adult Social Care

We are seeking a skilled Training Instructor to deliver high-quality training courses in Adult Social Care settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and/or training, with a strong background in the Health and Social Care industry.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging training programs for staff in Care and Nursing Homes.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of training topics, including Mental Health, Champions courses, First Aid, Fire Safety, Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene.
- Teaching qualification (essential).
- Recent experience delivering training in Adult Social Care (essential).
- Health and Social Care industry experience (preferred).
- Driving Licence (essential).
As a Freelance Training Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work independently and be your own boss. You will be responsible for managing your own schedule and workload, allowing for flexibility and autonomy.
CompensationThe daily rate is negotiable depending on experience. We offer a competitive rate to ensure that our trainers feel valued and rewarded for their expertise.
