Join Our Team as an Engineering Apprentice

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Engineering Apprentice. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

As an Engineering Apprentice, you will be working towards a Level 4 Diploma in Engineering Manufacturing Technician at Cambridge Regional College. You will spend one day per week at college learning the basics of engineering, and the remaining time will be spent on rotational placements within our business.

Our rotational placements will give you the opportunity to work in different areas of the business, including Mechanical Design, Missile Design, Manufacturing, Integration and Systems Validation, Customer Support, Environmental Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Drawing Office.

What We're Looking For
  • 5 x GCSES at Grade 4-9, including Maths at Grade 5 or above and English Language, Science, or Technology
  • 96 UCAS points achieved through A Levels, T levels, or an Engineering BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about engineering, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn and develop their skills.
