As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in increasing revenue, developing a strong impact on our brand reputation, and building long-term customer relationships. Your medical devices will be at the forefront of customers' minds, thanks to your partnership with our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision-makers to introduce and upsell our portfolio of products.
- Build rapport with new and existing clients, presenting and working closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, procurement, supply chain, healthcare providers, and others to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery, as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
- Stay up-to-date with market information for your territory to ensure maximization of market share, product acceptance, and specifications.
- Travel across the South East of the UK, working within a team of experienced, driven sales professionals.
- Ability to produce and execute a tactical sales plan.
- Commercial experience of successfully selling consumables and capital equipment within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, specifically within the surgical area.
- Strong stakeholder management, building new business pipelines, and upselling within existing clients.
- Proven track record in exceeding forecasted sales targets.
