Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our small, friendly HR Team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for processing all administration related to the employee life cycle, supporting recruitment, and ensuring all screening procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all administration related to the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Support the HR Team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all screening procedures are followed, including reference checks and DBS checks.
  • Respond to a range of enquiries from employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR Team to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Background in an administrative role, preferably in a HR setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
