Electrical Project Manager

Brookfield M&E Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead our electrical team on a large project in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of electrical works, managing the team, and liaising with clients and sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion of electrical works.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the electrical team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that electrical works meet their requirements.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of electrical works, ensuring that they meet industry standards and regulations.
- Estimating and Tendering: Assist with estimating and tendering electrical elements of projects, ensuring that quotes are accurate and competitive.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that electrical works are carried out in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £50k - £60k + package, 22 days holiday, and the opportunity to work on a large and exciting project.
