Job Summary: Process Improvement Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Lead to join one of Kent's leading insurance brokers. As the QMS/Audit Manager, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and implementing effective Quality Management Systems that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing new processes, and providing training to employees on process improvements. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure that all relevant laws and regulations are complied with.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £34,000 per annum (pro rata), plus benefits such as a flexible working arrangement and opportunities for professional development.
