**Job Description**

This exciting opportunity involves leading the day-to-day operation of our SEN policy, working closely with staff, parents, and other agencies to ensure that every student has access to the support they need to succeed. You will be responsible for implementing a high-quality intervention programme and collaborating with external teams to drive improvements in teaching and learning.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in secondary education, preferably with experience as an SENCO;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff;
  • A clear understanding of the International Baccalaureate Diploma and Careers related programmes;
  • Recent experience of working with students with SEND needs;
  • A flexible approach with a can-do ethos, drive, grit, and boundless enthusiasm.
