Job Title: Children's Education Leadership Professional


About Bright Origin Nursery: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.


Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.


Responsibilities:



  • Effective communication with staff, children, and parents, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for all children in our nursery.
  • Solution-focused problem-solving to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Mentorship and coaching to develop and support team members.
  • Strategic planning and goal-setting to drive growth and improvement.
  • Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity, equity, and accessibility.

Requirements:



  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a nursery manager or deputy manager.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, children, and parents.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of childcare legislation, regulations, and best practices.
