We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse to join our bank team, providing flexible and ad hoc shifts to meet the needs of our patients and business.
As a Bank Oncology Nurse, you will work autonomously, seeing patients in their own homes or in our mobile units or clinics, delivering high-quality 1-to-1 care. You will be responsible for administering various treatments, including bloods, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, and more.
We prioritize clinical excellence and will provide you with the necessary support to excel in your role. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care, and we are committed to making a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN
- Formal Oncology qualification, SACT passport, or in-house Oncology training
- Experience in administering all routes of SACT
- High level of care and empathy
- Well-organized and comfortable managing your own workload and itinerary
- Basic IT skills
- Full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle
