About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Studio Financial Operations Manager to join our team at The Crowd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our studio.

The successful candidate will have experience working for a small architecture studio or construction company, with a strong background in finance and bookkeeping. You will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including invoicing, expenses, payments, and reconciliations using Xero.

This is a part-time position (3 days per week) that offers flexibility and variety. You will work closely with our team to ensure the effective management of our studio's finances and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage our financial operations, including invoicing, expenses, payments, and reconciliations via Xero
  2. Prepare financial reports, track budgets, and assist with forecasting
  3. Prepare and submit timely and accurate planning applications
  4. Coordinate with subcontractors on tender submissions
  5. Builid and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  6. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling and general administrative tasks

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
