2025 Graduate Programme – Commercial Management

Mace is a global consultancy that delivers programmes and projects in construction, infrastructure, and real estate. We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our Commercial Management team in Oxford Science Park.

About the Role

This two-year graduate programme is designed to develop your skills and knowledge in commercial management, quantity surveying, and project delivery. You will work alongside experienced professionals, receive ongoing support from skilled mentors, and gain exposure to various areas of our business.

  • Assist the project team in the daily control, management, and coordination of construction activities.
  • Produce and monitor short-term programmes to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Establish key relationships with trade contractors and coordinate labour to address issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the proactive identification and management of carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

About You

We are looking for a future or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a similar field. You should have 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
