2025 Graduate Programme in Commercial Management

At Mace, we are a global consultancy and construction company that helps shape cities and build sustainable communities. Our two-year graduate programme in commercial management is designed to develop your skills and knowledge in cost management services, from contract signature to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses
  • Support administration of building contracts
  • Measure and provide valuations of work carried out and adjust variations in accordance with contract terms
  • Support cost control and reporting services during the contract
  • Prepare financial reports for clients
  • Identify costs associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client charges
  • Evaluate claims for delay and additional costs made by contractors and subcontractors
  • Advise on certificates of practical completion and final accounts
  • Support delivery of improvements in systems and processes

About You:

A future or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a similar field

5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English
