About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at HID Global. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for representing business priorities and ensuring that our scrum teams are working on the right things.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in agile development and lean innovation practices, with experience in hardware/firmware/software integration and test, new product introduction to manufacturing, and production launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent business priorities and ensure that scrum teams are working on the right things
  • Attend Product Management meetings and contribute to program backlog refinement and planning
  • Collaborate with System Architect/Engineering and other stakeholders to build, edit, and maintain the team backlog
  • Participate in iteration planning and retrospectives, and contribute to the Agile Release Train's Inspect and Adapt workshop
Requirements
  • Strong background in agile development and lean innovation practices
  • Experience in hardware/firmware/software integration and test, new product introduction to manufacturing, and production launch
  • S. degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ~5+ years' experience in development and maintenance
